Dunston
Hall - NORFOLK
The magnificent De Vere Dunston Hall is set in the beauty of its own
wooded parkland estate. Built in 1858 by Robert Kellet-Long, this
grade two listed country house has retained all its elegance while
still offering guests an exceptional level of service. De Vere Dunston
Hall discretely manages to combine all the facilities of a luxury
four star hotel with the original features of the house, many of which
have been restored to their former glory.
To really appreciate the surrounds of the 6,319 yard course, book
an early tee time and experience an invigorating and brisk Norfolk
morning, or play into the late afternoon and watch the sun sinking
behind the wooded fairways. In addition to our fabulous golf course
you can also enjoy an excellent floodlit 22 bay driving range and
personal golf tuition to help improve your game.
Once you have finished with your 'on-course' exertion you can enjoy
a fabulous meal in the exquisite La Fontaine Restaurant or the less
formal, locally renowned Carvery Restaurant, both of which offer a
wide selection of fine cuisine and wines. Those looking for a slightly
less formal meal can dine in Bunkers, the brasserie restaurant situated
in the Club House.
The Leisure Club offers guests a large indoor pool, sauna, steam room
jacuzzi and gym as well as a complete range of health and beauty treatments.
An all important snooker table is also available for enthusiasts in
the Club House bar. Furthermore, if all this doesn’t keep you
occupied or the non golfers in your party want to venture out of the
grounds, De Vere Dunston Hall is an ideal base to explore the surrounding
countryside, the unspoilt beaches, the Norfolk Broads and the historic
sites of Norwich such as the Castle and the stunning Cathedral.
